Living in New York City for the past 12 years I have learned that my own health is what matters the most. I know it sounds crazy and almost paradoxical but the city that never sleeps taught me how to sleep, how to be more balanced, and has gifted me with the practice of Yoga that became right away my own daily meditation and of Ayurveda that became my lifestyle. I know every one is different and the paths are also different. But as women I also know that we all share a few concerns that are pretty much the same : how to stay healthy, balanced, beautiful and energized. How to keep our grace and strenght in balance, while having to do a million things every day and still “look good” ? Our strenght is in our nature and it is very important to connect to “that” : Beauty, Grace and Creativity. I would like to share with you this online magazine that I absolutely adore. Also because I do not have kids yet but a fantastic nephew I thought that instead of writing something about kids I should rather help my sisters. Here you go, enjoy

Bello ritrovarsi dopo tanto tempo vero?
